If you know me, then you know Priory isn’t just somewhere on a map to me, it’s home.
I’m 28 years old, born and raised around this area, and I even went to Priory Primary and Infant School. So when I talk about places like Hartland Estate, I’m not looking at it as someone from the outside. I’ve watched this community and the surrounding areas grow, and I understand why so many people are looking at St. Ann’s North Coast as a place to build their future.
Hartland Estate, located in the Priory/Richmond area, is a gated residential community that gives you that feeling of having your own peaceful space while still being close to everything you need. With security, comfortable homes and a quiet residential atmosphere, it’s the kind of place where you can picture yourself raising a family, settling down, or simply enjoying the rewards of owning your own home.
And the location? You really can’t complain. You’re close to Priory, St. Ann’s Bay and Ocho Rios, with supermarkets, restaurants, schools, medical facilities, entertainment and beautiful beaches all within easy reach. That’s one of the things I love about living in this part of St. Ann—you get that relaxed North Coast lifestyle without feeling disconnected from everything.
The homes at Hartland Estate come in different styles and sizes, from cozy two-bedroom homes to larger family residences. Some offer beautiful yards, patios, modern kitchens, spacious living areas and even views that remind you why people love living on Jamaica’s North Coast.
But for me, Hartland Estate represents something bigger than just houses.
It represents possibility.
I’ve grown up around Priory. I’ve walked these roads, gone to school here, watched the area change, and seen more and more people begin to recognize what I’ve known for years, there’s something special happening right here on the North Coast.
And that’s exactly why I started this journey.
I don’t want you to simply look at beautiful homes online and think, “That would be nice.” I want you to start seeing yourself living there.
I want to take you beyond the pictures, the homes, the communities, the locations, the prices, the lifestyle and even the things you might not notice when you're simply scrolling through a listing.
Because sometimes, the opportunity is right in front of us before we realize it.
And with the way certain communities around the North Coast are developing, waiting too long can sometimes mean watching from the outside while someone else takes the opportunity you were considering.
So this is only the beginning.
